                                                                                                                                    Force-
                                                                                                                                     - Force is an external effort in the form of push or pull.
                                                                                                                                     - It is formed because of interaction of two bodies.
                                                                                                                                     - It changes or tries to change speed/direction of a body.
                                                                                                                                     - It stops or tries to stop a body to rest from motion also vice versa.

                                                                                                                                                                                    Force can be divided into
                                                                                                                                    Contact force                                                                               Non-Contact force
                                                                                                                                     - The Force in which the body and the object are                                  - The Force in which the body and the object are not in contact then it is called 
                                                                                                                                        in contact then it is contact force.                                                       Non-contact force.                                                                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                     

                                                                                                                                         Contact forces
                                                                                                                                     Muscular force-
                                                                                                                                    1. The force resulting due to the action of the muscles is  Muscular force.
                                                                                                                                    2. Since muscular force can be applied only when it is in contact with the body so it is also a contact force.
                                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                           Friction-
                                                                                                                                    1. When the surface of one body is made to slide over other body then friction takes place.
                                                                                                                                    2. Since in friction sliding takes place it is also contact force.


                                                                                                                                         Non-Contact forces
                                                                                                                                    Magnetic force
                                                                                                                                    1. A magnet can exert some force to another magnet this force is called as Magnetic force.
                                                                                                                                    2. It is also non-contact force.

                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                     Gravitational force
                                                                                                                                    1. Even earth exerts some force in which all bodies fall on it this force is gravitational force.
                                                                                                                                    2. It is non-contact force


                                                                                                                                     Electrostatic force
                                                                                                                                    1. When charged particle exerts force on to another charged /non-charged then it is electrostatic force.
                                                                                                                                    2.                                                                                                                                     Balanced force                                                                            Unbalanced force
                                                                                                                                    -The force which cannot change the speed of an object is                         - The force which can change the speed of an object is unbalanced force.

                                                                                                                                    -It is always 0(zero)                                                                                 - It is always non-zero.

                                                                                                                                    Resultant force
                                                                                                                                    If a single force applied on a body produces same acceleration as one or more forces then this force is called as Resultant force. 

                                                                                                                                    Units of force
                                                                                                                                    SI unit of force is NEWTON it is donated by N .
                                                                                                                                    CGS unit of force is DYNE .

                                                                                                                                    Inertia-
                                                                                                                                    The tendency of an object to continue in the form of rest,or motion ,or direction even if some external force is applied then it is called Inertia of rest,Inertia of direction respectively.

                                                                                                                                    Newtons law on motion
                                                                                                                                    1. "Every object in the universe will continue in the state of rest,in uniform motion or in a straight line until or unless some external force is applied"
                                                                                                                                      This law tells us about force.

                                                                                                                                    2.  " Force is directly proportional to the rate of change of momentum" 
                                                                                                                                         This law gives us a formulae that is
                                                                                                                                        F=ma
                                                                                                                                        Force=mass x acceleration

                                                                                                                                    3. "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction"
